A little about me: before becoming a Registered Massage Therapist, I completed a degree in Health Science and spent several years pursuing a career in dance. My interest in massage therapy grew from my own experience—feeling how consistent bodywork improved my mobility, supported recovery, and helped me continue doing what I love.

Today, I’m passionate about helping others feel at home in their bodies. My goal is to support long-term mobility, ease discomfort, and empower you to move with confidence for as long as possible.

All appointments take place in the heart of East Vancouver at Arc Studio. Located just off Commercial Drive at 1707 Grant St. To book select the location Arc Studio before selecting your service.

Services Available:

60 min Massage - for those looking for a general full body relaxation massage or a focused massage with 1-2 areas of concern

75/90 min Massage - for those looking for a more thorough full body relaxation massage, or a focused massage with 3+ areas of concern

60 min Face Sculpting and Buccal Massage -Buccal massage is a gentle, gloved soft-tissue technique applied inside the cheeks and along the jaw. It addresses facial and jaw muscles that can contribute to tension or restricted movement. The technique will be combined with external work to support natural lymphatic flow in the face and neck.

*Payment must be received to secure appointment time. Full refunds will be issued to cancellations made with 24 or more hours notice.
